These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("members" or "you") of the 2222bat platform and its associated services. By accessing the website or opening an account, you automatically agree to these Terms.

The name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth provided at registration must be truthful and your own. If an account is opened with incorrect or false information, it may be cancelled at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2222bat may request relevant documents at any time to confirm a member's identity. 2222bat reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to the support team immediately. You will be held responsible for any transactions carried out using your credentials.

All casino and betting services on 2222bat are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Registration or participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

• A minimum age of 21 is mandatory at the time of registration.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

4.3 Transaction Security

5.1 Welcome Bonus

2222bat offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus amount, a wager of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be completed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with wagering requirements. For the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — meaning the total amount bet must reach the specified figure before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.

5.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified time period.
• A bonus applies only once per account — unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are not presented as direct cash; they can only be used for betting.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• 2222bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

2222bat verifies all bets through the system before confirming them. If a bet is not completed for any reason, the staked amount will be returned. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 2222bat reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet is submitted, the bet will be settled at the odds in effect at the time of submission — unless clearly stated otherwise. It is normal for odds to change rapidly in live betting.

6.3 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If an event is cancelled or not completed within the specified time, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned. If one leg of a multi-bet is cancelled, settlement will depend on the remaining legs.

6.4 Cricket and Special Events

Special rules for betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international cricket matches are set before each event and published on the platform. Betting limits and rules for Bangladesh national team (Bangladesh Tigers) matches may be announced separately.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2222bat platform:

• Conducting any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Using software, bots, or automated programs to place bets.

• Selling, transferring, or renting out an account.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements.
• Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information.
• Any activity intended to damage the reputation or services of 2222bat.

If a member is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8.1 Action by 2222bat

In the event of a breach of these Terms, 2222bat reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice. Members may contact support to find out the reason for an account closure.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

If a member wishes to close their account, they may inform the support team via live chat or email. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any existing balance before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be declared inactive if there is no activity for an extended period. The support team can assist in reactivating an inactive account.
